  • POINT 01

    KUKIL INNTOT applied Low Creep Teflon (PTFE with bronze, glass, fiber, etc.) to Sliding Plates to lower the friction factor and strengthen self-lubrication, thermal endurance and weatherproof performance. It can be used stably for a long time without maintenance or management.

  • POINT 02

    Also, when welding a sliding plate onto a structure at high temperatures of 100°C or more, there was a problem where the metal part and the PTFE fell apart. KUKIL INNTOT solved this problem by applying a special etching technology.
