Recruiting Process

  • STEP 01

    Submission of a job application form

    Fill in the form posted on the recruitment page and submit by email (dwkim@kukil.com)
    The self-introduction letter shall be written honestly based on the applicant's experience.
    Hiring may be canceled if false information is entered.

  • STEP 02

    First round of interview (interview with working-level staff)

    For interviewees, only those applicants who pass the document screening will be notified individually.
    The first round of interview is an interview with working-level staff to in-depth judge the knowledge in the applicant's major, job performance ability, and teamwork.
    It is common to have many-to-many interviews with actual working level staff.

  • STEP 03

    Second round of interview (interview with executives)

    The second round of interview is the final stage of the interview screening, and interviewers composed of executives attend.
    The interview with executives is conducted to comprehensively judge the personality, vision, and organizational suitability of the applicant, and is generally conducted as a many-to-many interview.

  • STEP 04

    Recruitment checkup

    Only those who have passed the final interview will receive a guidance phone call for the recruitment checkup, and you can go to the hospital to get a checkup.

  • STEP 05

    Hiring

    If there are no issues with the checkup results, the work schedule will be notified by phone.
